The Escalate Classes is looking for a dedicated, hardworking and responsible teacher who genuinely enjoys working with children and wants to contribute to their academic growth.

We are looking for someone who:
Is dedicated, sincere and disciplined
Is punctual and responsible towards their work
Can handle a mixed batch of students from different grades
Can provide individual attention to each child, even in a group setting
Can understand the strengths and weaknesses of different students
Is focused on improving students’ concepts, confidence and academic results
Can maintain classroom discipline while creating a positive learning setting
Is willing to take genuine responsibility for the progress of students

Eligibility:




Experienced teachers are preferred, but not mandatory
Freshers are welcome
College students with positive subject knowledge and a passion for teaching can also apply
Graduate / pursuing graduation / postgraduate candidates may apply, depending on subject and teaching ability

Experience is not the most key factor — dedication, subject knowledge, discipline and the ability to connect with students are.
