We are hiring CRM Executives for a Blended Process to handle customer interactions through Voice Calls, Chat, and Email. Candidates should have recent experience in both voice and non-voice customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through Calls, Chat, and Email
Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer concerns
Maintain skilled communication with customers
Follow defined CRM processes and service standards
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure a positive customer experience
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
