About the Role

India Infrastructure Publishing is looking for a dynamic, target-driven Assistant Manager - Sales to drive revenue growth for our conferences and events business.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, research, networking, and outreach.

Client Relationships: Build and manage strong relationships with clients and key B2B decision-makers.

Revenue Generation: Sell conference participation, sponsorships, branding, and corporate partnership opportunities.

Pitches & Proposals: Prepare impactful sales presentations, proposals, and commercial pitches.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Operations teams for seamless event execution.

Pipeline Management: Track sales pipeline, performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Client Servicing: Ensure excellent client servicing before, during,



and after events to drive repeat business and upselling.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Graduate/PG/PGDM

Experience: 2-3+ years of sales experience, preferably in conferences, events, media, or B2B sales.

Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Attributes: Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a robust grasp of MS Office.
