Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architectural Visualizer role based in Hubli.

The Architectural

Visualizer will create detailed 3D models and renderings from architectural drawings and design briefs, ensuring accurate representation of scale, materials, and structure. Daily responsibilities include developing visual concepts, setting up scenes, applying lighting and textures, and producing high-quality stills, walkthroughs, and other graphic outputs. The role involves collaborating with architects and designers, refining visuals based on feedback, and maintaining consistency with project requirements and brand standards.

Visualizer will also support presentation materials and help optimize visualization workflows and asset libraries.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Visualization skills, including 3D modeling, rendering, and scene composition.
- Candidates should possess Graphics and Graphic Design skills for creating polished visual outputs and presentation materials.
- Candidates should possess Lighting skills to simulate natural and artificial light and enhance realism in visualizations.
- Candidates should possess Drawing skills for interpreting design concepts, sketching ideas, and refining visual details.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D and visualization software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Blender, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Solid attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and openness to feedback in a collaborative studio environment.
- Relevant education in architecture, design, visualization, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams in Hubli.
