Role Description The App Growth Hacker will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across GROWNX’s products and client app portfolios. This full-time remote role involves analyzing app store metrics, identifying growth opportunities, setting up and optimizing experiments, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve conversion funnels. Daily tasks include designing and running A/B tests, managing app store optimization (ASO), experimenting with paid campaigns and organic growth tactics,



and building data-informed strategies for scaling apps.

The role also includes preparing performance reports, documenting learnings, and continuously iterating on growth playbooks based on insights from GROWNX’s analytics and AI copilot.

Qualifications

- Experience with app growth, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and app store optimization (ASO).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting app analytics, cohort data, funnels, and A/B test results.
- Hands-on experience with mobile marketing channels such as performance ads, social media, and referral or viral growth tactics.
- Ability to design, run, and analyze experiments, with a test-and-learn mindset and familiarity with growth frameworks.
- Comfort working with product and engineering teams to shape experiments, implement changes, and track technical metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting strategies, insights, and growth playbooks.
- Self-directed, organized, and able to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in mobile app startups, developer tools, or SaaS products is preferred; a degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
