Role Description The AI Operations Strategist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Guwahati, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves designing and optimizing AI-driven operational processes, including data workflows, automation pipelines, and performance monitoring frameworks. The AI Operations Strategist will collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and business stakeholders) to identify opportunities for AI integration, define requirements, and ensure successful implementation.

Daily responsibilities include analyzing operational data, refining AI models deployment strategies, creating documentation and playbooks, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. The role also includes managing risks,



ensuring responsible AI practices, and supporting leadership with insights and reports on AI-related initiatives.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in data analysis, process optimization, and operational strategy in technology-driven environments.
- Experience with AI/ML concepts, model deployment workflows, and automation tools, even at a conceptual or product-focused level.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams, and translate business needs into operational plans.
- Proficiency with analytical and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards, project management platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear documentation and strategic recommendations.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and comfort working in an evolving, growth-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, data science, business, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Interest in sustainable technology, ethical AI practices, and contributing to a high-growth company in South-East Asia.
