Job Overview Entrepot Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, result-oriented Ads Expert with strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The candidate must have experience managing campaigns for multiple clients and a proven ability to optimize advertising performance, generate leads, and improve conversions.

Roles &

Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage multiple client advertising accounts and budgets.
- Develop result-oriented strategies for lead generation, sales, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and other key metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Optimize targeting, bidding, budgets,



and placements to improve performance.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, banners, and videos.
- Understand client requirements and develop customized advertising strategies.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Handle client queries, campaign updates, and performance discussions.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign results.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.

Required Skills &

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience running advertising campaigns for at least 50–60 clients.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Good client communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.
