nJob Description: -

n

nCritical administrative and coordination role supporting the Client Delivery Team based in USA.

nSupports the running of productive day-to-day operations by providing administrative, reporting, and coordination support.

n

n• Responsible for providing effective administrative support to team leadership and Client Delivery staff, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations

n• Assist with calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and preparation of materials for meetings

n• Support internal teams, including Directors and Managers, with administrative and reporting-related tasks

n• Create, format, and enhance PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing use, ensuring clarity and professionalism





n• Responsible for compiling, analysing, and maintaining reports to support team performance tracking and operational insights

n• Organize and interpret data from internal systems to assist with reporting and analytics needs

n• Assists with building recurring reports and dashboards, identifying trends and areas for improvement

n• Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems

nContribute to process improvements, particularly related to reporting workflows and data management

n• Efficient Administrative support ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations

n• Compiling and providing reports for MI

n• Producing powerpoint presentations of high standards sufficient for external client use and internal use

n• Maintains and updates databases with accurate information

nBuilds effective stakeholder relationships
