Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing customers via phone to present and promote products/services.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or packages.
Handle customer inquiries, address objections, and resolve concerns professionally.
Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to close sales prospects.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call quotas.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and lead status in the CRM system/Excel.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
