Position: Bartender

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to prepare and serve beverages while maintaining high standards of service, hygiene and bar operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails and other beverages as per standard recipes.
Take guest orders and provide recommendations when required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team for replenishment.
Follow standard recipes, portion control and responsible service practices.
Handle guest requests and ensure a positive bar experience.
Maintain proper bar setup and closing procedures.

Requirements:




1–3 years of experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar or hotel preferred.
Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beverage service.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Well-groomed and skilled personality.
Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
