Carry out First of sample part Inspection as per drawing requirements.
Inspection of production components during manufacture as per PRC, and generate in- process Inspection Reports at Supplier organisation.
Offer parts for final Inspection.
Maintain records of Inspection Reports, non-compliance reports
Follow work instructions, procedures laid out in Quality Systems – AS 9100D, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
Follow best practices to improve Product and Process Quality -5S, Problem Solving, and Troubleshooting.
Improve Final Product Quality by engaging internal stakeholders.
Drive a Culture of Zero Defects & Zero Customer Complaints.
