Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a premium and personalised customer experience by understanding customer needs and providing prompt, courteous assistance.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Assist customers with product availability, orders, billing, and coordinate with the Pharmacist wherever required.
Maintain high standards of store presentation, customer service, grooming, and retail etiquette.
Build robust relationships with customers and support repeat visits and customer retention.
Follow Saince Pharmacy SOPs, policies, and service standards while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Ideal Candidate:

Graduate with excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, robust customer-handling skills, and at least 2 years of experience in a premium retail setting.

Pay: ₹12,391.75 - ₹30,000.00 per month
