We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing skilled to drive business growth by promoting products/services, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution of sales and marketing activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business prospects through networking, cold calling, and market research
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Marketing Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
Manage digital marketing efforts (social media, email campaigns, SEO, ads)
Collaborate with design/content teams to create promotional materials
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and ROI




Enhance brand awareness and positioning in the market

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills
Experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, social media platforms)
Knowledge of data analytics tools
Strong presentation and public speaking skills
