Designation: Behavior Therapist

Key Responsibilities
Assess and identify behavioral, developmental, social, and communication needs of children.
Conduct individual behavior therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
Work on communication, social skills, self-help skills, attention, and adaptive behavior.
Manage challenging behaviors such as tantrums, aggression, non-compliance, and self-injurious behavior.
Monitor and document children’s progress through regular session notes and reports.
Guide parents/caregivers on appropriate behavior-management techniques at home.
Coordinate with psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, special educators,



and doctors.
Maintain a secure, supportive, and child-friendly therapy setting.
Maintain confidentiality and follow hospital policies and skilled standards.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Rehabilitation, Child Development, or a related field.
Certification/training in ABA, Behavior Therapy, or developmental intervention will be preferred.

Pay: ₹9,863.25 - ₹32,610.02 per month
