Job Responsibilities
Interior Designing and Building Maintenance Marketing
Basic Salary plus Commission
Finding New Jobs and Supervising Site Works
Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
Visit potential customers for new business.
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
Identify new markets and business opportunities.
Project Planning, Monitoring & scheduling, Managing Resources & tracking of different materials & Resources.
Monitor the relevant work information to enable claims for work activities to be detailed for valuations.
Review cost estimates for current work.
Manage in-house and sub-contractor costs from inception to completion of relevant contracts, highlighting areas of concern or increased delivery costs.




Monitor and report on sub-contractor performance implementing corrective action requests where necessary.
