Job Summary

A Project Engineer manages the execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The role involves coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute interior fit-out projects from start to handover.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and clients.
Prepare project schedules and monitor progress.
Supervise site execution and ensure work meets design specifications.
Manage subcontractors, labor, and material requirements.
Review drawings and coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works.
Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
Track project costs and support budget control.
Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Resolve technical and site-related issues.
Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials.
Attend client meetings and provide project updates.
Prepare project documentation, snag lists, and final handover documents.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in commercial, corporate, retail, hospitality, or residential interior fit-out projects.
