Job Responsibilities
Handle outbound/inbound calls with international customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable products/services.
Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with potential customers and close sales.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting business objectives.

Candidate Requirements




6 months to 1 year of experience in International Tele Sales / International BPO / Voice Process.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Solid convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
Comfortable working in international shifts.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
