The Crew Member is responsible for food preparation, customer service, billing, cleanliness, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet while following Rail Rolls' SOPs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes and SOPs.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
Take customer orders and provide friendly and effective service.
Operate the POS system and handle billing accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, counter, dining area, and equipment.
Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices.
Check stock and inform the Outlet Manager about shortages or damaged items.
Follow proper storage and handling procedures for food and materials.
Minimize food wastage and use ingredients responsibly.
Support opening and closing activities of the outlet.
Follow assigned shifts, attendance, and weekly-off schedules.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
