Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree may be preferred).
Qualified engineering license or registration (if applicable in the country).
Typically 8–15 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or building projects.
Robust knowledge of engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
Technical Skills
Expertise in:
Structural and civil design
Site development and infrastructure works
Quantity estimation and BOQ preparation
Project planning and execution
Quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC)
Proficiency in software such as:
AutoCAD
Civil 3D
STAAD.Pro
ETABS
Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
MS Office
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise civil engineering activities on projects.
Review and approve engineering drawings and designs.
Manage construction schedules, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor project progress and prepare technical reports.
Resolve technical and construction-related issues.
Leadership Requirements
Team management and mentoring skills.
Robust communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
