The L1 System Administrator is responsible for providing first-level technical support, monitoring IT infrastructure, managing user accounts, and ensuring the smooth operation of systems, networks, and end-user devices. The role involves troubleshooting basic hardware, software, network, and system-related issues while escalating complex incidents to higher support levels when required.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor servers, systems, and network devices to ensure uptime and availability.
Provide Level 1 support for hardware, software, email, and operating system issues.
Create, modify, disable, and manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.




Perform routine system health checks and daily monitoring activities.
Assist in backup monitoring and restoration requests.
Support VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN, and internet connectivity issues.
Manage password resets and access-related requests.
Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions
Maintain IT asset inventory and update system documentation and involve Vendor Coordination
Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.

Pay: ₹9,956.26 - ₹25,000.00 per month
