Job Description

We are looking for motivated and confident Telecallers / Sales Executives to join our team in Thrissur.

The candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, and have a strong interest in sales.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain our products/services to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
Follow up with potential customers and leads.
Convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain good customer relationships.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer and call records.

Requirements
Fluent Malayalam communication is mandatory.
Basic English communication skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and positive attitude.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Willingness to work with sales targets.




Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.

Relocation

Candidates from outside Thrissur who are willing to relocate to Thrissur are encouraged to apply.
