Department: Kitchen – Garde Manger
Experience: 2–4 Years in Hotel Industry
Section: Veg & Non-Veg Cold Kitchen

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare salads, sandwiches, cold starters, platters & cold dishes.
Handle daily Mise-en-Place and preparation for the Garde Manger section.
Prepare vegetables, fruits, cold cuts, sauces & dressings.
Support Buffet & À La Carte cold food production.
Maintain food quality, freshness, hygiene & presentation standards.
Follow FIFO, proper food storage & safety procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen section and equipment.
Coordinate with Senior Chefs and kitchen team during operations.

REQUIREMENTS

2–4 Years of relevant Hotel Industry experience
Positive knowledge of Veg & Non-Veg Cold Kitchen
Basic Food Safety & Hygiene knowledge
Positive teamwork, discipline & professional attitude
