About the Role

Espanshe is looking for an experienced and energetic Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our fashion retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the store team, maintaining brand standards, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the store team.
Allocate duties and monitor individual team performance.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain visual merchandising and overall store presentation.
Monitor stock levels, replenishment, transfers, and inventory accuracy.
Analyze daily and monthly sales reports and take corrective actions.
Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and adherence to company procedures.
Train and develop sales staff to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
Ensure company SOPs and brand standards are followed.
Coordinate with the Area Manager and head office on store requirements.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in fashion retail,



apparel, or store management.
Previous experience managing a retail team is preferred.
Solid sales and customer-service orientation.
Good communication and team-management skills.
Ability to work with sales targets and performance metrics.
Basic understanding of inventory and retail operations.
Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
