Sales & Marketing Manager – IT

About the Role :

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, sales growth, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, marketing, client-handling, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities :
Identify potential clients, target markets, and new business opportunities.
Generate and convert leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
Handle client communication, meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and relationship building.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
Manage leads, opportunities and sales pipeline through CRM.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports as required.




Lead and coordinate the sales and marketing team to support business objectives.

Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
Robust sales, client communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in lead generation and team handling.
Valuable presentation, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Proactive, confident, and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
