Key Responsibilities
Work as a Senior ServiceNow CSM Consultant with solid hands-on experience.
Handle Case Management.
Work with Customer / Consumer Service.
Manage Customer Portal & Service Catalog.
Work across ITSM — Incident, Problem, Change & Request.
Work with IntegrationHub and REST / SOAP APIs.
Develop and maintain JavaScript & ServiceNow scripting.
Handle Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: 5+ years.

Skills: ServiceNow CSM, Case Management, Customer / Consumer Service, Customer Portal & Service Catalog, ITSM, IntegrationHub, REST / SOAP APIs, JavaScript, ServiceNow Scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer.
Availability:
Preferred Certifications: CSA, CSM, CAD, ITIL.
