Master Planning of large land parcels
Hills / Contour based development planning
Luxury Villa Planning & Layout Design
Resort & Hospitality Project Planning
Land Use, Road Network & Infrastructure Planning
Clubhouse, Landscape & Amenity Zoning
Site Feasibility & Concept Development
Coordination with consultants & execution teams
Development optimization and planning efficiency

Key Requirements
3–7 years relevant experience
Robust understanding of contour/site planning
Experience in villa communities & resort projects
Knowledge of zoning, grading,



circulation & landscape integration
Good design visualization & presentation skills
Travel-friendly and open for site visits/project travel
Ability to handle projects independently

Software Skills

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop preferred
