Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Junior Assistant to support our insurance operations and client servicing activities. The candidate should be comfortable with client visits, communication, meeting coordination, and handling basic documentation and cheque-related responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Visit clients and maintain good professional relationships.
Discuss insurance requirements and understand client needs.
Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients.
Attend client meetings and assist in closing business prospects.
Follow up with clients for quotations, documents, payments, and policy-related requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of insurance cases.
Handle collection and submission of cheques and maintain proper records.
Assist in documentation, data entry, and other day-to-day office activities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and client requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in the Insurance Industry is required.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently interact with clients.
Willingness to travel for client visits.
Basic knowledge of insurance products and processes.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to handle cheque collection/submission responsibly.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be an advantage.
