Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the Customer Service Representative in Bengaluru.

This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and providing a smooth customer service experience.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply, subject to the eligibility criteria.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
Maintain call records and update customer information in CRM systems.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Achieve daily performance targets and KPIs.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduates: Freshers can apply.
Non-Graduates:



Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
Solid verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Knowledge of at least one regional language: Kannada or Tamil.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Must be comfortable working from the office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.

Salary Details
Freshers: ₹16,000 per month
Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 per month
