Job Responsibilities:
Handle all TPA, Insurance, Corporate and Cashless cases.
Manage pre-authorization, approvals, enhancements and final claim submissions.
Coordinate with doctors, billing, accounts and medical records departments.
Follow up with TPAs and insurance companies for pending approvals and payments.
Handle claim queries, deductions and rejections.
Ensure proper documentation for smooth claim processing.
Monitor TPA outstanding and coordinate for timely recovery.
Prepare daily/monthly MIS and TPA reports.
Manage and guide the TPA team.
TPA Billing.
Eligibility:
Graduate / Post Graduate preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years experience in Hospital TPA/Insurance Department.
Valuable knowledge of cashless, insurance claims and TPA processes.
Solid communication and follow-up skills.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
