Experience: 1–4 Years | Location: Jammu & Kashmir
TPA / Health Insurance experience must preferred.
Handle customer queries, grievances & policy servicing.
Coordinate with clients, insurers & internal teams.
Manage CRM records and follow-ups.
Positive communication & MS Excel skills.
Customer-focused and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
