HR Executive – Hiring

Location: Santoshpur, Kolkata
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 years

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end HR operations
Manage Payroll, PF & ESI
Attendance and leave management
Employee onboarding and documentation
Recruitment and employee coordination
Statutory compliance and HR records
Handle employee queries and general HR activities

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
Robust knowledge of PF, ESI & Payroll
Valuable knowledge of HR processes and statutory compliance
Good communication and coordination skills
Candidates from Kolkata preferred
