Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities of the hospital.
Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and other facility-related works.
Assign duties to maintenance staff and ensure timely completion of jobs.
Conduct regular inspection of equipment, systems, and infrastructure.
Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Ensure proper functioning of electrical systems, generators, pumps, AC systems, lifts, and other utilities.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and service reports.
Coordinate with external vendors and service agencies when required.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital policies.
Attend emergency maintenance issues and take prompt corrective action.
Monitor inventory of maintenance materials, tools, and spare parts.
Support NABH, fire safety, and statutory compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
