Experience: 1–3 Years | Department: E-commerce Operations

Key Responsibilities
Process and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and orders.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales and accounts teams for timely deliveries.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, invoices and payments.
Maintain accurate records and trackers using MS Excel.
Coordinate with clients and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Monitor pending orders and ensure timely execution.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Order Management, Sales Coordination or similar roles.
Valuable MS Excel and internet skills.
Robust communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills.

Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
