Shardes Interiors is looking for experienced Interior Site Supervisors to join our team for ongoing interior design and fit-out projects in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily interior site activities
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, contractors and other site teams
Coordinate with Design, Project and Factory teams
Check site measurements, materials and workmanship
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and project requirements
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
Identify and resolve site-level issues
Prepare regular site progress updates
Coordinate with clients at site when required

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in interior site supervision / interior fit-out




Robust practical knowledge of interior materials and site execution
Ability to read and understand working drawings, layouts and details
Positive knowledge of site coordination and construction processes
Valuable communication and team-handling skills
Ability to independently manage site activities
Willing to travel to different project sites in and around Kochi

Preferred:
Experience in residential and commercial interior projects
Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
