About the Role

Thaicco Media is looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content planning, audience engagement, and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the client's Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts.
Develop and execute effective social media strategies.
Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
Create engaging content ideas, captions, posts, reels, and other social media content.
Monitor social media trends and implement relevant trends into the content strategy.
Increase brand awareness, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
Analyze social media insights and performance metrics.
Prepare and share regular social media performance reports.
Plan, execute,



and monitor Meta Ads campaigns.
Optimize paid campaigns based on performance and business objectives.
Conduct competitor and market research.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to ensure timely content delivery.

Requirements
6 months – 1 year of relevant experience in social media management.
Hands-on experience managing business/skilled social media accounts.
Experience in running and managing Meta Ads is required.
Valuable understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Robust knowledge of current social media trends and content strategies.
Positive communication and creative skills.
Ability to analyze social media performance and make improvements.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Qualification
Degree preferred.
Relevant certification or practical experience in Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
