Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, references, and site visits
Attend and handle customer inquiries (walk-ins, calls, online leads)
Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients
Arrange and conduct site visits for customers
Build and maintain robust client relationships
Follow up with prospects for conversion
Negotiate deals and close sales successfully
Maintain records of leads, site visits, and sales reports
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:
Valuable communication and presentation skills
Experience in real estate sales preferred
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to work on targets and deadlines
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software
Must be proactive and self-motivated

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
