Role Description

You'll own day-to-day accounting for our D2C operations — from Zoho Books entries to payment gateway reconciliations to GST filings. You'll work closely with operations and sales teams to keep revenue tracking accurate in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of the books.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end accounting in Zoho Books (sales, purchase, and expense entries)
- Record and reconcile e-commerce sales across Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart — order-wise revenue, returns, refunds,



chargebacks, commissions, and platform fees
- Reconcile payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree) and bank accounts
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and handle TDS compliance on time
- Maintain vendor accounts and process payments
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams for order and revenue tracking
- Support monthly closing and MIS reporting
- What We're Looking For
- Qualification: CA / CA Inter1-3 years of accounting experience in D2C / e-commerce
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (Zoho Inventory a plus)
- Working knowledge of GST returns, TDS, and reconciliation workflows
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart) and payment gateways
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals — P&L;, cost structures, unit economics
- Detail-oriented and self-directed; comfortable in a startup pace
