Job Position:– Workshop Supervisor

Experience:- 1 -2 years
Location:- Aluva, Kerala
Salary:- ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:-
Supervise and manage the entire workshop team.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor employee performance.
Ensure smooth day-to-day workshop operations.
Coordinate with technicians and other staff to complete work on time.
Monitor work quality, productivity, and safety standards.
Maintain proper discipline and workflow within the workshop.
Handle basic operational issues and coordinate with management when required.

Requirements:-
Previous experience in workshop supervision or a similar role preferred.
Valuable team management and communication skills.
Ability to handle and coordinate a team effectively.
Solid leadership and problem-solving skills.
Candidates from nearby locations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
