Conduct thorough inspection and evaluation of used vehicles received from customers, trade-ins, auctions, or internal sources.
Assess mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic condition of vehicles.
Accurately estimate the market value, considering depreciation, mileage, accident history, and market trends.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each evaluated vehicle.
Work closely with the procurement and sales teams to ensure alignment in vehicle pricing and inventory strategy.
Recommend reconditioning or repair works to enhance resale value.
Monitor local market trends and demand to adjust evaluation criteria accordingly.
Ensure transparency and adherence to company policies during trade-in and valuation processes.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction during vehicle appraisal and purchase process.
