MDN Edify Education Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Tele Caller at our Head Office in Kompally, Hyderabad.

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Tele Caller to join our Admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for handling admission enquiries, making outbound calls, following up with prospective parents, generating interest, and supporting the Admission Manager in converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective parents from provided leads and databases.
Handle incoming admission enquiries and provide accurate information about schools, programs, facilities, and admission procedures.
Understand parent requirements and communicate relevant school offerings.
Generate interest through effective communication and counselling.
Follow up with prospective parents and maintain regular communication.
Schedule campus visits and appointments with the Admission Manager.




Coordinate with the Admission Manager and school admissions team for lead follow-ups.
Maintain daily calling, follow-up, and lead status reports.
Achieve assigned calling and admission conversion targets.
Maintain a qualified and customer-centric approach throughout the admission process.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and counselling abilities.
Robust follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Ability to work effectively with the Admission Manager and admissions team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
