HR Executive

Job Description

DIECUTS MART is looking for a responsible and motivated HR Executive to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR activities

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Manage attendance and leave updates.
Coordinate with employees and management.
Handle onboarding and joining formalities.
Prepare daily and weekly HR reports.
Address employee queries and HR-related concerns.




Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of HR/recruitment experience preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Laptop/Desktop and secure internet connection are mandatory.
