Working Hours: Normally 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM; flexibility required for rotational shifts

Working Days: 6 days a week | 1 weekly off

About the Role

HealthLand Clinic is looking for a Billing Executive to manage day-to-day billing, collections, payment reconciliation, and billing coordination for the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
Handle patient billing for consultations, procedures, therapies, packages, and other services.
Collect payments through Cash, UPI, cards, and other approved payment modes.
Generate accurate bills, receipts, and payment confirmations.
Conduct daily cash closing and payment reconciliation.
Coordinate with the Front Office, Pharmacy, Doctors, Therapists and Finance Team on billing-related matters.




Verify billing entries, discounts, cancellations, refunds and adjustments as per approved procedures.
Identify and report any billing or collection discrepancies promptly.
Send a Daily EOD Email covering billing, collections, payment modes and any discrepancies/issues.
Maintain proper billing records and supporting documents.
Assist the Finance Team with monthly closing and audit requirements.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in B.Com / BBA / Finance / Accounting or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in billing; healthcare/clinic/pharmacy experience preferred.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and billing/POS systems.
Robust numerical ability and attention to detail.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, organised, honest and patient-friendly.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as per clinic requirements.
