Key Responsibilities
Make and handle calls: Call prospective leads (outbound) or answer calls from interested buyers (inbound).
Pitch products: Explain features, pricing, and special offers to customers.
Meet targets: Achieve daily and monthly sales goals and quotas.
Maintain records: Update customer details and call outcomes in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Transparent and confident verbal communication.
Solid persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Positive active listening to understand client needs.
Basic computer and CRM software skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
