A quick learner and Preference will be given to candidates with experience in data mining and research on LinkedIn and other platforms.

KRA:
Attend and respond promptly to all client queries received through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
Conduct qualification calls to understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Capture, record, and update all lead details accurately in the CRM or lead tracker.
Route qualified leads to the respective sales team or schedule meetings as required.
Follow up with prospective clients to ensure timely communication and engagement.
Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversion progress.
Research and collect accurate email IDs and contact details from the given data sources.




Enter and update all researched contact details in the system or database.
Manage and maintain organized directories and contact lists.
Analyze assigned data as per instructions provided by the Team Leader.
Generate reports based on the analyzed data and submit them to the concerned stakeholders
Follow up with team members to gather required data and ensure timely entries in the system.
Update daily activities and relevant client details in the DSR and share updates with the Head of Department.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
