Dream Sketch Interiors is a growing interior design company in Coimbatore specializing in residential and commercial interior projects. We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution, coordinate with teams, and ensure projects are completed with quality and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day interior site activities.
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
Monitor work quality and ensure projects meet company standards.
Ensure work is completed within the project timeline.
Prepare daily work progress reports.
Measure site dimensions and verify execution according to drawings.
Coordinate material deliveries and maintain site inventory.
Follow safety standards and maintain site discipline.
Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and the project team.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in interior site supervision.




Knowledge of interior finishing works and materials.
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and interior layouts.
Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel within Coimbatore and nearby project sites.
Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.

Site measurement and estimation.
Vendor and labor management.
Time management and project coordination.
Attention to detail and quality control.
