Experience: 10–15 years in Machine Shop / Precision Machining
Manage overall machine shop production, planning and execution.
Robust knowledge of engineering drawings, machining processes, machines, tooling and fixtures.
Plan production schedules and ensure timely delivery and optimum machine utilization.
Manage and allocate manpower effectively across the machine shop.
Monitor quality, productivity, rejection, rework and production targets.
Coordinate with purchase, quality and other departments for smooth production.
Identify and resolve machining, tooling and production related issues.
Ensure proper shop-floor discipline, safety and housekeeping.
Lead and motivate the production team to achieve organizational targets.

Qualification: Diploma / BE Mechanical preferred.

Required: Robust technical knowledge, leadership, production planning and manpower management skills.
