As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email in a skilled manner.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards.
Record customer interactions and update information accurately in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Meet individual and team performance targets.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while interacting with customers.

Requirements




Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Valuable listening and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to help.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with BPO, customer service, telecalling, or call center experience will be an added advantage.
