We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry to post-trip follow-up.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-management skills, along with a good understanding of the travel industry, destinations, itinerary planning, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle client enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Understand clients' travel requirements, preferences, budget, and expectations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
Assist in preparing and explaining customized travel itineraries to clients.
Follow up with clients regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Provide timely updates regarding hotels, flights, transfers, sightseeing, visas, and other travel services.




Handle client concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate client information and follow-up details in the CRM.
Conduct post-trip follow-ups to collect feedback and encourage repeat business/referrals.
Maintain skilled communication and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust client-handling and relationship-management skills.
Good knowledge of domestic/international travel destinations.
Basic understanding of itinerary creation and travel planning.
Sales-oriented approach with solid negotiation and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple clients and enquiries simultaneously.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
