Collection Executive
Contact customers and follow up on pending loan/EMI payments.
Visit customers when required and collect outstanding amounts.
Maintain accurate collection records and update payment details.
Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related issues.
Achieve assigned collection targets and submit regular reports.
Follow company policies and maintain qualified relationships with customers.
