Role: Business Development Officer
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Officer to build and expand our network of local scrap dealers, vendors, wholesalers, recyclers and scrap buyers on Ri8Value and Ri8Value Scrap Mart.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard local scrap dealers, vendors, wholesalers, recyclers and buyers.
Develop strong relationships with scrap market participants.
Explain the benefits of Ri8Value and Ri8Value Scrap Mart and drive platform adoption.
Generate current business opportunities and support transaction growth.
Maintain regular communication with the onboarded network and ensure active participation.
Achieve monthly onboarding and business targets.
Candidate Profile:
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, scrap/recycling, waste management or B2B marketplace preferred.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Solid local market knowledge and networking ability.
Willingness to travel locally and meet dealers/vendors in person.
Target-oriented, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
